A very good example of the ref. 16550 with a beautiful creamy patina on the dial. The 16550 was the successor to the 1655 and was the very first in a long line of Explorer II references to feature the current design. The case and bracelet are in very good condition with the original bevels still present. As to be expected there are some light surface scratches to the bracelet. There is some wear to the inside corners of the lugs.
