All our watches sold are 100% original, unworn (unless indicated otherwise), and we deliver them to our customers full set; with the original box, papers and international guarantee just like if it was bought directly from the authorized AD Customers whose residency is within the European Union, don´t have to pay any duties, customs or Value Added Tax. The Chrono24 price is the final price customers within the EU will pay. We ship with DHL Express shipping, so the watch will arrive to the customer within 1-2 business days (unless it is a specific order of a watch that is not in stock), since the payment is confirmed by Chrono 24. We ship with DHL Express only and the shipping is insured for 100% of the watch’s value. We can offer different delivery times to provide the best possible service; before 9am, and before 12am and within the afternoon. We work both by stock and on request, so expected delivery time will always be published within the advert. The buyer shall pay the Postal Service / shipping charge and any relevant customs duties and taxes incurred at destination.
