The Pelagos is a relatively new Tudor collection, created in 2012, but it is a full-fledged diver’s watch in the lineage of the Submariner. This model was introduced in 2016 and is lhd (left hand drive) with the crown on the left side. Both the case and bracelet are made of titanium, making it lighter than it looks, and the steel folding clasp developed by Tudor allows for automatic bracelet adjustment while diving. The indexes and hands are a vintage beige color, and the calendar is uniquely designed with even-numbered days displayed in red and odd-numbered days in black. The movement is equipped with tudor’s own Cal. MT5612-lhd with a 70-hour power reserve. Equipped with a helium discharge valve and water resistant to 500 meters, the Pelagos is also called the ultimate practical watch due to its functionality and robust construction.
